Основные научно-методологические положения по исчислению индекса цен.
При исчислении международных и внутренних индексов цен решается комплекс научно-методологических проблем: выявление экономического содержания индекса; оп- ределение степени надежности исходной информации; выбор системы взвешивания; теоретическое обоснование математической формулы построения индекса. Система индексов цен, рекомендуемая МВФ (International Monetary Fund) национальным статистическим службам, определяется экономической концепцией системы национальных счетов (System of National Accounts). Индекс цен валового национального продукта (gross national product) рассматривается как соизмеритель инфляции в широком ее понимании, а индекс потребительских цен (consumer price index), содержание которого определяется товарной структурой компонента ВНП - персональных расходов населения, - как соизмеритель изменения уровня жизни.
